MMTS SMS based Suggestions and complaints:

  1. Anyone can lodge Complaint / suggestion at 8121281212 by sending an SMS
  2. Once the complaint is registered successfully In response, an acknowledgement with a unique ID will be sent as an SMS.
  3. This unique ID can be used by passenger to know the status of the complaint by sending a SMS:- “STATUS < SPACE > < REFERENCE ID>” to 8121281212 or by logging on website-www.scrailway.gov.in
  4. Final reply will be sent through an SMS and will also be available on website- www.scrailway.gov.in
