How to Pay MTNL Online Bill?
STEP 1: First, go to the official website of MTNL Delhi or you can directly click on the link given http://mtnldelhi.in/
STEP 2: On the Home page, you will many options. Go to the “Landline” option which is under Pay Now. Select the option by clicking on it.
STEP 3: For paying the bill online, you need to register for e-booking. You will find an option “Register” or “e-Register” in the next page opened. Register by selecting the option.
STEP 4: A new page will be opened where you have to fill the following details
- Customer Title
- First Name
- Last name
- Mobile number
- User ID
- Confirm Password
- Customer account number
- Telephone Number
- Yes or No to Receive Bills in Email
Once you are done, click on submit. Now, you are registered for e-bill.
STEP 5: Now select the landline bill payment option and a page appears where you need to enter your telephone number, CA num, and Email ID. Then click on Submit.
STEP 6: On the next page, you will get a list of your due bills and paid bills. Now select the bill which is due and you want to pay online.
STEP 7: Now on the next page you will given a pay option to choose through credit card or debit card or net banking. Choose an option for your convenience.
STEP 8: After your transaction, you will receive full details of your e-billing which consists of bill number, series number, telephone number, transaction number, bill date and the amount paid.
STEP 9: If you want a hard copy of your paid bill, there is an option to print your e-receipt. Select the option.
STEP 10: A page will be opened; you need to enter the telephone number, customer account number and the payment confirmation number. Once your done, click on the submit option.
STEP 11: Now, a list of all the paid bills will be displayed. Select the e-receipt you want to take print. You will receive a printed copy.
