About AP Chief Minister Relief Fund – CMRF
AP CMRF means Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Relief Fund where the funds are gathered by voluntary donations from the donors i.e any person including Industrialists, Government Employees, NRI’s, Artists, and Private Employees etc. The main goal of CMRF is to provide the Funds to the Andhra Pradesh people who are suffering distress, the relief funds in donation form are 100% exempted from income tax of the Income – Tax Act under section 80G. O/o CM Assistant Secretary, Division of CMRF, First Block, AP Secretariat, Velagapudi, Guntur District the donations sent through DD (Demand Draft) or through Cheque along with recipients details Name, Address, Contact Number, Email Address of the donor and the purpose of donation etc in order to generate act of recognising authority for the benefits of income tax.
AP Medical Relief Funds
The AP CMRF providing the facility of relief for the distressed people who are affected by major natural disaster etc. It also provides relief funds to the needy people who belong to below poverty line families for treatment of major diseases like Cardiac Surgery, Brain Tumor, Liver failure, Cancer etc.
In order to make an administration more responsive and efficient the Honorable AP Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidu has decided to implement RTG (Real Time Governance) in NREGA (National Rural Employment Guarantee Act), MHFWD (Medical Health and Family Welfare Department) along with other schemes in order to reach high level like already implemented RTG Countries.
To implement RTG (Real Time Governance) a portal http://apcmrf.ap.gov.in/ was developed for the use of needy people in the AP State to make an online application for submission of AP CMRF, The online applicants can track the progress of online applications in real time and also acknowledgments will be received via SMS.
Steps for Online Registration of AP CMRF (Chief Minister Relief Fund)
The following are the steps for Online Registration of CMRF (Chief Minister Relief Fund):
1: Firstly visit Meekosam AP Official Website http://apcmrf.ap.gov.in/
2: Now enter your Login details of Username and Password
3: Then pop-up messages appear in order to enter the required fields and click for CMRF Entry then the following screen appears
4: Now enter the required details and upload the important documents and click on submit
Any bank, voter ID, Hospital is not present in the list so please enter “No Data” for process
5: A temporary ID will generate and later upload the files in PDF Format.
6: Now click on letter “Generation”
7: Then click on submit to the CMO (Chief Ministers Office) for further procedure
8: After receiving a physical receipt of the document, CMO will recheck the total application details subsequently provide permanent CMRF number.

For LOC (Letter of Credit)
- Reports for Evidence Purpose (Upload)
- Essentiality and Certificate Hospital (Upload)
- A letter from the hospital that the treatment is to do through LOC (Letter of Credit) (Upload)
Emergency Certificate of Hospital (Upload)
- If the Patient is Child Case
- Aadhaar Card of Guardian

- Original Discharge Summary (Upload)
